We are committed to building smart factories and have achieved automation and digitalization across the entire industrial chain.FAQWhat are our advantages compared to other manufacturers/factories?a) Consistent Quality – We utilize top-of-the-line Trumpf CNC machines, equipped with 11 laser cutting machines, 2 punching/piercing machines, 8 bending machines, a range of drilling equipment, and multiple large-scale welding workshops. Established in 2002, we specialize in sheet metal processing and have a team of experienced engineers and a well-developed quality control system.b) Quick Response – We began exporting 10 years ago, and most of our team members have overseas educational backgrounds. We respond promptly and make calls internationally, with no issue delayed beyond 24 hours.c) Committed Delivery Time – We always honor our commitments. Even though customized work is not easy, we prepare as early as possible to ensure the final delivery schedule.What payment terms can we accept?We generally accept T/T, Western Union, and sometimes L/C.For bulk production orders, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% balance and shipping costs to be paid before shipment or against a copy of the Bill of Lading. We recommend starting with a sample order before proceeding to mass production.b) Under L/C terms, we can accept 100% irrevocable Letters of Credit without any "soft clauses." Please consult the individual sales manager you work with for advice.
What types of quotes can we provide?We typically handle EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and DDP.
How long are our prices valid?We are a friendly and professional supplier and never seek excessive profits. Our prices are generally valid for 60 days. Customers can negotiate the validity period with our team. We only adjust prices under two circumstances:a) The exchange rate between USD and RMB varies significantly based on international currency rates.b) Raw material costs differ depending on the material, such as stainless steel/aluminum/copper.
What logistics methods can we use for shipment?We can ship in various ways depending on size and expected timeline.a) For about 90% of our goods, we ship by sea to all major continents, such as North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Oceania, etc., whether by full container or LCL.b) Based on customer requirements, we also arrange air freight or express delivery services.
